RETURN POLICY
Requirements for a valid return

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our No.1 priority. We want you to be happy each and every time you buy from us. It is important however that you kindly note some of the possible causes of dissatisfaction:

1. Items could be mishandled or damaged in transit

2. Colours of items may appear slightly different when viewed on different devices, they may be darker, or lighter on the device that when you see the actual product. Shalatel will endeavour to give as accurate colour description as possible but will not be able to take responsibility for variation in shades of a particular colour, eg where you expected a darker or lighter shade of red, so long as the item was described as red on the website.

3. We will only accept responsibility where a completely wrong colour was sent, eg on the website the item was described as red and a black item was sent in error.

However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with any of our products then the following terms apply.

Items can be returned if:

1. They are damaged

2. The presentation of the item on website is materially different from what was delivered, i.e the item does not match the website specifications in terms of description, or image, which is attributable to a website error or misinformation

3. The wrong product was delivered to you, e.g you asked for a handbag and was sent a purse.

Damaged items and materially different items will be replaced with the correct item originally ordered. Where there is no replacement item available the client may choose another suitable item of his or her choice of the same or higher value. Cash refunds will only be made where there is no suitable item for replacement.

To make a return please note the following:

1. Please notify us by email, phone or text within 48hours of the purchase stating the relevant details of your order such as name, order number, item purchased etc.

2. The item in question must be sent back to us within 7 seven days from the delivery date.

3. The item must be in exactly the same saleable condition as it was purchased ie the item must be in its original packaging, including tags, is neat without stains, with all accessories intact, and shows no sign of usage or wear and tear.

4. The cost of return will be your responsibility.

5. Items on sale or have been discounted are final and cannot be returned.
